Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Stonnington Symphony Inc. will be held on Tuesday 13th October 2008, 6.30pm at Malvern Town Hall, Banquet Room, cnr High St and Glenferrie Rd, Malvern
Agenda
The main business of the AGM is to receive reports and elect the Committee of Management for the term of office to the AGM 2010. Under the Rules of Association any business other than the above is considered special business for which 14 days notice to members is required or 21 days notice in the case of any special resolution. Members may notify the Secretary in writing if they wish to introduce any item of special business.
