Annual General Meeting
The main business of the AGM is to receive the annual reports of the President, Treasurer and General Manager and to elect the Committee of Management's up-coming term.
Under the Rules of Association any business other than the above is considered special business for which 14 days notice to members is required or 21 day's notice in the case of any special resolution. Members may notify the Secretary in writing if they wish to introduce any item of special business.
The 2016 AGM will be held on Tuesday October 18th, at 6.30pm in the Councillors' Dining Room (next door to the council chamber on Level 2) of the Malvern Town Hall.
